So bf3 been out nearley a month now, i have not had that much time to play so what are your favorite battlefield 3 unlocks so far ? what should i strive to unlock

Can unlocks be enabled/disabled for any and all players in unranked servers?
Because I don't want to play x++ hours (where x is a large number) before I get the unlocks people use for matches/gathers etc.
No, I don't have BF3 yet, because school.
