The =SWF= Spartans War Fighters clan has been around for over 3 years. We play Battlefield 2 (BF2), Project Reality (PR), and Bad Company 2 (BC2). We are an international clan with 20 active and 10 veterans on the books.

We will be conducting a event that puts Old World (Europe) against the New World (North America) on the Battlefield 2 (IO) Mashtuur City & Sharqi Peninsula maps. 5 vs 5 and two times each map (once each side), so that is 4 separate matches. We have three game servers:

Envisioned timeline for the event
- Two hours before (1800 hrs GMT) the server is configured and running for players to test their access, ping, and other stuff
- From 40 minutes to 20 minutes before the event starting all players get on VoIP, the Server, and on the correct team on the password protected Unranked Server
- 20 minutes prior roll-call in the =SWF= TeamSpeak lobby
- 10 minutes prior move to BF2 team channels in TeamSpeak conduct Commo check: Squad Leaders with squad members and then Administrator (sfscriv) with Squad Leaders
- Squad Leaders brief their personnel on the task organization, spawn points, the plan.
- 5 minute warning
- At 2000 hrs GMT, the New/Old World Clash commences


The duration for each of the two rounds will be 24 minutes with a 6 minute break in between.

This is the template on how to use the prescribed time (6 minutes) in between rounds.
... 2 minutes for players to talk about what happened in the previous round
... 1 minute for a squad leader summary of tactics, comms, and task organization lessons learned
... 2 minute for the squad leader to brief the plan to include task organization and spawn points
... 1 minutes of padding for restroom, drink, etc
