Is this the end for Infinity Ward?

Earlier today in an article from kotaku, a source close to Infinty Ward revealed something that most of the COD community probably already knew. The atmosphere in the studio is quite bad duo the recent dropouts. The previous Infinity Ward chiefs Jason West and Vince Zampella has moved forward and created Respawn Entertainment, and a lot of the other key members from the team that created the popular Call of duty: Modern Warfare 2 has now left the studio as well.
"They're scared shitless," the source said of Activision management. "They never saw this coming. They can't believe what's going on. At first they gave us some bullshit about moving up payments of all the money they owe us to sooner increments. That was when [designer] Todd [Alderman] and [engineer] Frank [Gigliotti] left. But with the announcement of Respawn and all the people leaving, they just got there heads in their hands."

You'd like to think this new company they've made might be able to push out a decent title without Activision on their backs forcing stupid changes.

Im not bothered who goes where and what companies collapse i just want better quality games to be made.. not like that rubbish excuse for a sequel MW2. Although ill probably use this as an argument when chatting with my friends about which game is better :-)

We can just speculate as there's no way to know whats the situation inside, it's hard so say who's that nasty mofo behind this. I will say all of them think only about money, i really don't give a f*** how this affair ends. Probably in next great DLC content hahahaha :-).
