Recently Team Rush made their first appearance on the Crysis 2 competitive scene when they entered Multiplay’s online tournament on the 7th April. The team winning the tournament could look forward to free tickets for their team to attend i42 – so as you can imagine the team was motivated towards winning, as Rush plans to take i42 by storm. Sizing up against Rush in the tournament were other popular and powerful names in the European e-sports scene. First up to challenge Team Rush were the Euro Corps Clan, however the challenge proved to be not too difficult with Rush winning the game with a convincing 300:5 scoreline. Next up were the team of gamed!de , however due to a no-show Rush were handed the default. The tournament finale was set: Team Rush vs Team YoYoTech. Rush took the two matches with no difficulty, recording almost white wash scores of 300:40 and 300:10 – leaving Team Rush as the official Multiplay.co.uk Crysis Online Tournament Winners – an impressive result and a good stepping stone towards the team dominating the i42 tournament. Donning the Team Rush nanosuits were Born, Duky, Paradox, Inv, Shooks, and Limpzy Excellent job representing Team Rush – watch out for the team at i42, hopefully on the stage dishing out some ownage for us all to watch - and not just in Crysis 2 either!
